"I
remember when my book publishing project commenced with the
acceptance of my manuscript by American Book Publishing; I read
a lot of author comments on the American Book Publishing
website. The appraisals of the experiences of the services
of American Book Publishing by the various authors were so
impressive that the skeptic in me thought this was too good to
be true.
Frankly,
I expected my experience with American Book Publishing to be an
exception from what I read. If that happened I hoped to
write a realistic appraisal of the American Book Publishing
services to me, in editing, design, production and marketing as
and when like now I get an opportune moment to rise to this
occasion.
I
must confess that my experience so far left me empty handed with
no negative report to share. I have nothing to prove my
initial skeptic assertions or doubts. On the contrary, I have
encountered the most exquisite and profound excellence of
services at the hands of all professionals at American Book
Publishing in editing, design, production, and marketing of my
book. Although I do not want to mention any one by
name, I really blame my editor for getting me addicted to a
world class publishing experience at American Book Publishing.
I also have proof that my editor had many accomplices to
persuade authors like me through actual experience that American
Book Publishing is simply the best. Further than that, I was so
surprised that American Book Publishing can afford to assign six
to eight high-level professionals at the Director level to a
first time author like me.
No
words can actually capture my elation and gratitude, and
appreciation of the distinction of service and commitment that
the American Book Publishing team accorded to my dream to become
a world class writer.
I have forwarded my Business Plan to Jeff and have also
advised Jeanette on my book release date." —Eliyah

"I
really do appreciate all the professional help I have received
from the entire American Book Publishing team. At first I was
feeling a little impatient with the editing process, however from
the first edit I received from Rima, I knew she would not only
transform this book into a masterpiece, but make me a better
writer in the future. The design team met my expectation with
the very first design. American Book Publishing is an example of
great teamwork!" —Clive O?Brien,

"All
of the staff was extremely helpful, and I have made a friend with
the person in the editing department. I keep him up to date as to
my making or lack of progress. In fact, we have shared many prayer
requests to each other, What a wonderful gift to know that you
have made a friend that someday you will meet when we see the
Lord. The design team was so very accommodating as to listen to
what I had wanted for my design and then drew the design from my
prospective wants for my cover. The marketing team as with all of
the departments that I worked with has answered so many of my
questions, (and there are many) they are tireless with their
patience and assistance.—Linda K. Friemel, Author of Why Me |

of complete backing from those who know the industry. At every
step throughout my process from editing to design to production,
they were very professional and guided me through each step on my
way to marketing my book. I look forward to the next phase of

"Editing
was incredible and thorough. They made the book so much

"My thanks to everyone at American Book Publishing for
their efforts, Stella at editing always answered my questions
swiftly, while Rachel did a fantastic job on the editing. The
cover by Jana was exactly what I wanted, and the preparation of
the PDF by Sarah was both professional and quick, although we did
take time to have many laughs along the way. Jeffrey
and myself have put together a marketing plan, that I?m sure
will result in substantial sales, and Katie has been wonderful in
expediting the plan. I was proud to be part of this great team,
without their help this book would not have been possible, and

"Wow,
what an experience, so far. I cannot believe the time has
come to prepare my launch. The editing staff in particular
Anita, were paramount in their efforts and enabled me to proceed
through this at a rabbits pace. Anita always positive and
encouraging, made me appear to be a better writer than I actually
was, but through this process I have become a better writer.
The design of my book was nearly what I had envisioned, this
too has met my expectations. The Production and Marketing
staffs have been helpful and I look forward to working with
Jeanette and Jeff in the upcoming weeks. I am working on my
business plan and hope to have it finished in a couple of weeks if
not sooner. All in all American Book Publishing has exceeded
my expectations, so far. Thank you American Book Publishing

"Working
with American Book Publishing has been one of the best
experiences of my life. Since my book is just coming to
print most of my experience with ABP has been working with the
editing and design staff and I truly couldn't be happier
with quality of their work, not to mention that everyone I've been
in contact with seems to really care about the author's
views and opinions about his/her book. A good author/editor
and author/designer relationships are essential for
ending up with a quality book and I must say that because of them
I now have a great book that will prove to be a valuable asset in
personal growth for those who read it. I say Kudos to my editor
Sarah and Stella, Director at Editing.
My
book is just now coming to print so I am just now starting a
working relationship with the American Book Publishing staff for
production and marketing. Although I have been working
with them just a short time I can easily tell that they are
anxious and willing to work with me in any way necessary to market
my book. I have no doubts about that whatsoever. I
have the feeling that Jeff Townsend will prove invaluable to me
with making a marketing plan work. The fact that an author
has such a knowledgeable and capable person at the helm to
assist and guide them through the marketing maze is a good
feeling.
Judging
from my experience working with American Book Publishing I have no
doubt that they are staffed with some of the best people
in their field at all levels." —Sam

"As
a first-time author, I had no idea how complicated it would be to
publish a manuscript. Thankfully, I had American Book
Publishing there to take me through the complex process.
Each of their departments (editing, design, production and
marketing) provided professional and friendly guidance and support
by taking it one step at a time.
Beside the personal and direct contact with ABP
experts, I also appreciated access to the Author's Guide, which
provided a wealth of information. At first glance, it was a
bit overwhelming; however, as an informative roadmap, it helped
guarantee that ABP and I would maximize our joint efforts.
The experience was truly an enjoyable partnership."

"Because
you must work single-handedly to compose your book, writing is a
lonely occupation. That is, until the book is finished, submitted
to your publisher, and assigned to an editor. At last, someone
else is involved in your project. ABP assigned an editor to
Free Love who became my ally, my partner. She maintained her
objectivity throughout the long editing process, always providing
professional counsel. The same proved true of the graphic designer
who developed the cover for Free Love. She asked the right
questions to win direction and then executed a look and feel that
perfectly suits the work. At this point in the production plan, I
could not be more pleased with the results we've achieved
together." —John Anderson, author of Free

"Communication
of the personal and profession from each editor was superior each
taking into account my needs, my interests in both events.
And, I benefited from having two different editors work
closely with me which doubled my advantage in improving my writing
and presentation skills.
The
editing process, itself, as offered by American Book Publishing,
was one of the most positive experiences I have had.
The result being I have become a better writer.
As a contributing result of superior editing, second book,
first novel, accepted for publishing, was offered a screenplay
contract before the novel was completely finished and before
editing. Success is
measured performance. Skilled
and professional editing at American Book Publishing landed me an
advance contract with
Hollywood
connections.
What could be a better indicator of the superior editing
found at American Book Publishing?
Comments
on Design:
I
was stunned and amazed to have my mind's vision of an
appropriate book cover design translated beyond my perfectionistic
preconceptions that best represented in symbolic art form the
content and purpose of my book.
I'd pick-up and read my own book being visually attracted
by the artistic design of its cover.
The "words" to cover was an inspirational event.
Comments
on Production:
I
have been treated as royalty.
As an author overtaken with works and ideas it is sometimes
difficult to be pragmatic: pragmatic
from authorship to finished text.
My hand has been held while my dignity was unscathed as I
have been educated and directed towards the real world of
published authorship. An
invaluable service provided by American Book Publishing.
Comments
on Marketing:
As
a new author my world of publishing had a mindset of a 1940ies
black- and-white movie of nobody to celebrity.
My fame and wealth promoted and guaranteed by a magical,
all powerful, and admiring Publisher.
Then came ?now? and the reality of the business of
printed media.
The business, awareness, and, real world of
publishing has been made much easier with the direction, advise,
and assistance of the marketing personnel at American Book
Publishing. Without
marketing assistance my book would go down as a falling star
across the horizons of a competitive marketplace having is limited
and restricted exposure be a burst of light only a few would ever
read or experience."

"As
a new author who had worked many years on my book, I couldn't be
sure who I could entrust my work to. When American Book Publishing
agreed to publish my manuscript, I asked myself, how can I be sure
they are the ones? Are they well intended toward the author? Can
they be trusted?
Will
they help fulfill my dream to bring my book to completion or make
my publishing experience a nightmare? After long deliberation I
decided to take the plunge! From beginning to end, American Book
Publishing excelled all of my expectations. I could not have been

helped me through every book making obstacle and difficulty.
Looking back, I thank God I decided to partner up with American

"The
editing service was excellent, in particular, my editor, Jordy,
did an outstanding job on every detail of The Femaleist Way book.
The cover design supervisor, Jana, planned a cover that gave an
exceptional portrayal of the book?s content. Ann, the book?s
Production Coordinator, did a great job getting the book ready for
the printer.
I
agree with the Marketing Department that no matter how great The
Femaleist Way appears to be, even if it is of best seller quality,
it still need to be professionally marketed for best results.
Briefly, the advice given by the Marketing Department is to send
the print and broadcast media galleys so that they can make
favorable book reviews and mention the book in their writings and
broadcasts. I agree this general approach; it is the best way to
market a new book." -Ted

The editor assigned to me was helpful and pleasant and worked very
